Orders above $150
are required to provide a shipping address matching your CONFIRMED ADDRESS
if paypal or your BILLING ADDRESS if using a Credit Card.
Unless otherwise noted, most items ship within 24 hrs from the moment we receive your payment.
NOTE FOR STEPPING RINGS, TUBE ADAPTERS & FILTERS: These items ships 3 days after the purchase is complete. Please keep in mind that the total handling before shipment is 5 days. Total delivery time depends on your location.
Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from delivery date. Shipping & handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. All returned merchandise must be in the original undamaged packaging. We DO NOT accept any returned product that is incomplete or in less than brand new condition. For all products returned in accordance to this policy we apply a 15% restocking fee (minimum $5).
NOTE: Returns for FREE-SHIPPING items have a $12 flat-rate restocking fee. Exchanges for FREE-SHIPPING items have a 15% restocking fee (minimum $6).If the item is received hurt or defective customer needs to contact us whithin 24 hours from delivery date and we will replace the item free of charge.
For Domestic customers:
Customers that receive a defective product need to report this to us (via e-mail) within 24 hours from the delivery of the order. We will send you a Return Label so you can send the defective item back to us at NO cost for you. We will conduct a brief inspection of the product to confirm defectiveness, and send you a replacement as soon as we finish this inspection.
For International customers:
International customers that receive a defective product need to report this to us (via e-mail) within 24 hours form the delivery of the order.
Customer will receive instructions to send us the item back via USPS First Class International. Once we receive the item back, we will conduct a brief inspection on the product to confirm defectiveness, and then we will:
1. Reimburse the amount that is spent for this crediting customer's PayPal account.
2. Send a replacement via USPS First Class Mail International.
NOTE: USPS First Class International does not provide with tracking information, and it takes longer to deliver.
All items are brand new and include manufacturer's original warranty. If for any reason you receive a damaged item (DOA). Exchange of defective item must take place within 7 days of delivery date. After this period you are required to go through the manufacturer's warranty process

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
