s&h is non-negotiable.
If you do not live in the United States, you can purchase regular, Global Priority, or expedited FedEx/UPS/Express Mail International. For international shipment, if you want tracking, you must purchase the most expensive shipping. This is the only way to ship with tracking.
ALL cards are shipped in toploaders, to protect them from your and my post office employees.
