5.SECURITY TAG: All merchandise purchased from Oroking is guaranteed brand new. The Security Tag assures the item you received has not been worn and is in perfect condition. Removing the Security Tag invalidates the return and exchange acceptability.
6. WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS: There is no refunds on items that have signs of being worn. We will not accept used, altered, tampered, or damaged merchandise, and merchandise without the original tags will not be accepted either.
7. You are encouraged to check with your local jeweler for accurate sizing on Rings, Bracelets, Necklaces, and Chains, & Watches.
Return Process:
1. Please Use the original packaging to repackage the merchandise to be returned.
2. Acquire the RMA Number. This RMA number can be obtained by contacting our customer service via eBay messaging or by calling 1-877-539-3509 input your reason for return.
3. Print/hand-write the RMA confirmation number on your invoice and include it in the return package. Please make sure to include any jewelry box(s) or promotional items you have received. |
