  • Payment is required within 3 Days of purchase in US Dollars

  • California residents will be charged 8.75% California Sales Tax unless:
    • the purchase qualifies for the "Bullion Exemption" on purchases of $1,500 or more of qualified bullion products; or,

  • Shipments are typically processed within 1 Business Day after payment

In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us in order to initiate an Insurance Claim.     • We provide tracking numbers via email as soon as shipments are processed
    • International shipments via USPS Mail do not include online tracking or Delivery Confirmation except for Express Mail Service (EMS) which is highly recommended for all International Shipments
    • International shipments sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail can take up to 30 Days for delivery which is the USPS service level standard. Claims for undelivered International USPS First Class or Priority Mail shipments cannot be initiated until 45 days after shipment date

All items may be returned for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in circumstances when the return is due to our error.   • All Returns must be initiated within 14 Days of Receipt
  • Items must be returned in their original package or certified holder. Coins removed from the certified holder cannot be returned.
