When your payment is DEPOSITED IN OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT we guarantee that your item will ship the next business day. Sometimes it will ship on the same day. Please consider the postmark on your package when it arrives. It is UNFAIR to blame us for shipping times for something we have NO CONTROL over.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Free Shipping does not apply to international buyers.
Be advised all DVD's are Region 1(North America) and will work on Region 1 and multi-region players only. We will not refund your money if our Region 1 DVD doesn't work on a different region player.
We offer First Class International. You pay for the first item and we will mail your next 7 in the same package for FREE.
Priority Mail International is also offered.

Please also note that we cannot and will not ship items as “gifts”. If there are customs fees that apply, you are responsible for them.
Canadian customers be advised, even though we are located 5 miles from the boarder, Canada Post is very inconsistent. Your normal wait can be as short as 6 days but in certain times of the year may take up to 30 days
Brazilian customers be WARNED, customs in Brazil is VERY slow. Items can take more than 60 days to arrive, EVEN if you ship Priority Mail! Please be patient it will arrive. We shipped it within 24 hours of payment the rest is up to the Brazilian Post.
