We pack and address very carefully so there should be no issues. However, if you would like insurance, let us know and we'll make arrangements. We ship within one business day  of receiving your payment. Our cut-off time for shipments is 2:00pm Pacific Time. Otherwise, it will go out the next business day. We ship most of our items via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Priority Mail typically takes two to three business days to most areas. Parcel Post will vary (2 to 9 days). We occasionally ship via UPS on some large or irregular items. We will send you an email when we ship your purchase with the delivery confirmation number and a link to the USPS web site, where you can track your shipment!

We will accept returns with full refund within 7 days on most items if unhappy. However, We have done our best to accurately and faithfully describe our products and will stand behind them.
