Warranty & Return:
1-Years warranty from the purchased date. Please E-mail us before returning the defective item.
For ensuring all the items are in good quality, we will test all products before the packages were sent out.
Return items should include the original packaging and all accessories.
Normally any quality problem, please return to exchange a brand new one within 1 week’s time. Buyer pays the return postage.
Only defective product will be offered exchange. Exchange/replace item if only item is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception. Please make sure the item have NO sabotage., otherwise, refund/exchange request will be rejrcted. DO REMEMBER ASK FOR A RMA BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEMS.
For NON-seller mistake returns, buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought wrong model or wrong color).
We will pay for the shipping cost of resending items, while buyers are responsible for the postal cost of returning the items
