This phone is CDMA (does NOT work with SIM card service providers). It does not need a contract, but is currently specific for use with the service provider Verizon.

BLOWOUT PRICED! It you want a phone with a charger - that is good working and inexpensive (DIRT CHEAP!)- AND IN VERY NICE CONDITION - this may be the one for you. Nice to very nice, used condition LG VX8350 for Verizon. Deep red in color. The photos are of one of the actual phones in the sale. Your will be similar but not exactly the same. There are just a few light scuffs on the front screen. Inner screen is excellent with at most a few faint rub marks from the keyboard. The keyboard shows almost no wear. The case is nice with very little wear other than a few light edge nicks or scuffs (see photos) I would grade the phone as an 8 or better out of 10. Above average used, good working phone. Please check the photos for your condition questions. This sale includes the phone body, battery, and rear cover, along with an aftermarket AC wall charger. I check the ESN with Verizon just prior to mailing so you know you are getting a phone with a clear ESN ready to be activated. Activation by you should be done right away upon receiving the phone so that it is associated with your account and not the prior account.
