SHIPPING |
Most orders received by 2:30 PM Central Time will ship the same day. Orders received after that time will definitely ship the following weekday, excluding holidays. See Carrier Holidays for a list of holidays on which we cannot ship. Please allow 2-5 business days for standard shipping or 1-3 business days for expedited shipping in the contiguous United States. Rural areas, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories may take a few extra days for delivery. If you need a guaranteed delivery date we offer 2 Day Air and Next Day Air shipping options. RETURNS & EXCHANGES |
We allow 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for refund or to exchange for another item. Returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization. Please contact us to acquire a return authorization number for your return or exchange. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges for items with damaged packaging and in other cases where the item(s) cannot be sold as new. For returns, the original shipping fees are not refunded and return shipping is at the buyers expense. In cases where the item was offered with free shipping, the buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost, which was incurred to us upon shipping the item to you.
