Shipping in the lower 48 continental U.S. is FREE via Fed EX ground. We offer USPS at a slight charge. USPS is NOT a faster service, it is just an alternative to Fed Ex.
NY State addresses add 8.875% sales tax. I will accept credit cards if I am shipping to the U.S.A. billing address of that card. We only accept paypal from confirmed paypal addresses.

* All prices you pay are before rebate (if there is a rebate mentioned in the listing), you get the mentioned rebates from the manufacturer after purchase.
* If there is a problem with an item and you wish to send it back. The item must be in the manufacturer's original packaging in the same condition as you received it and include all packaging material. For example, on new equipment,: instruction manual, inserts (styrofoam), plastic bags, and unfilled warranty card. We will inspect it when received. If the item is not in satisfactory condition (the way it was sent out) we will not accept it and will be returned to you. Please be aware there is a 10% restocking fee on returned merchandise . Original shipping is not refundable.

* Defective items If you receive any defective item please contact us immediately so that we can arrange to exchange it for you
