- Our products are used and have been tested and certified as working unless otherwise stated in the ad. Although our products
have been tested they are sold As-Is. Items may have slight cosmetic imperfections including minor scrapes, scratches, casing discoloration,
and/or minor blemishes. Products are guaranteed against DOA unless otherwise stated in the ad. Should an item arrive damaged due to
shipping, claims should be made within 48 hours of receipt, no exceptions. All original packing materials, including peanuts, bubble wrap, box,
shipping labels, etc., should be present at time of inspection by the shipping company's claim inspector. If original packaging materials are not
present at time of inspection, your claim may be denied and we can not be held liable for any outcome.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
- Buyer pays shipping, payment in the form of VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Paypal. Personal credit cards accepted with photocopy
of driver's license and credit card. (Void where prohibited) All credit card orders must ship to the billing address of the card.
- NO PERSONAL or COMPANY CHECKS ACCEPTED.
- We accept PayPal payment and will only ship to shipping address listed in paypal.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Shipping and Handling charges are determined based on actual shipping costs plus a reasonable handling fee to cover the cost of
packaging material. Insurance is required on all items (free for the first $100.00) Please call or email to get a quote on shipping, Or use the ebay calculator at the bottom of the
ad.
- We ship UPS or FedEx insured (Ground, 3Day, 2Day, Next Day), freight - by common carrier. We may substitute UPS and FedEx at our discretion as the shipping company for similar service level (Next Day for Next Day, Ground for Ground etc.)We USPS for select auctions only - if it is not offered in the ebay calculator, then it is not offered for that item.

- Sales Tax - AZ residents add 9.3%
A copy of your resale certificate is required to waive
taxes.
- We ship Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. We strive to get every order out the same day payment is received. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. Tracking information is sent at the end of business day to the email address that the paypal payment was sent from.
- International shipping - Duties, taxes, customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. FedEx is our primary carrier for international orders. Please email for a quote.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
- If the description says: "Guaranteed NO DOA" policy explained- 7 day guarantee from the date of delivery
(package delivery date of UPS, FedEx or other carrier.) All warranty claims must be made within 7 days of receipt - no exceptions. If an item is
found to be defective, please contact us by phone or email for Return Mechandise Authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions. All
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping / handling charges are non-refundable. All returns are repaired / replaced /
or refunded at Southwest Computer Solutions (SCS) sole discretion. All returns must be received at SCS facility within 15days of issuing the
RMA, otherwise the RMA will be refused. SCS bears the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.
- Good part retuns - a 20% restocking fee will apply for all good part returns with an RMA number. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Buyer responsible for all return shipping costs. Seven days for delivery to request RMA, 15 days to complete RMA.
- If the description says: "Sold AS-IS, no warranty expressed or implied" policy explained- No returns under
any circumstances, you are buying this item as-is meaning it may work, it may need repairs, or it may not work. Please bid accordingly.
- Any claims for shortages or items not as described need to be made within 7 days of receipt.
