Because the weight of our items vary so much from item to item, our shipping rates are based on the actual weight of a package. Combined shipping is encouraged to save you a lot of money. The total weight of all items is used to calculate shipping.
u Please DO NOT pay for any item until you are done shopping, in order to take advantage of the combined shipping. Ignore the PAY NOW tab, (either use your BACK key, or close your browser & re-open), to continue shopping. Items paid for separately CAN NOT be combined and will be shipped separately.
UPS ground is suggested, it is a fully automated service with 24-HR a day updates on the progress of your package. You don't get that with US Mail (USPS). Any package with a substantial weight (i.e. over 3 pounds) it is the cheaper to ship UPS ground. Obviously, the closer you are to us, the faster it gets to you. [From our location (MN), most shipments are received within 2-4 business days] Residential deliveries, require NO signature!
WE SHIP SAME DAY IF PAID BY 2 p.m. C.S.T., so if your not done shopping don't pay.
[Our International Customers] :
u Canada shipments => You have the option of UPS Standard, but you must ask for it. There has been a lot of confusion with this option, it has the cheapest shipping, yes. BUT, you will have to pay customs fees before you get your package. That cost is determined by officials in the importing country, not us. UPS is a fully automated service with 24-HR a day updates on the progress of your package. Of course, you have the option to use USPS (a government run service), but please be aware of the limited tracking ability with United States Postal Service (USPS).
Lets Compare the two (UPS vs USPS) : they are nearly equal, when it comes to out-of-pocket shipping expenses/fees. Of course, customs fees can be adjusted at any time. All customs fees are the responsibility of buyer. If you choose USPS you pay for shipping & customs together (an all-in-one payment). UPS Standard you pay upfront for shipping; then are charged at the border for your customs fees. Add them up, it equals that of USPS. We do not make the rules.
u All other Countries => All items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

USPS considers Mon-Fri, to be business days, excluding holidays. First Class is the cheapest but, also the SLOWEST so keep that in mind if you are on any kind of a time table/schedule. Also, the days above do not include how long it sits in customs, please remember to consider that as well. We have no control over customs.

1) Confirmation and tracking numbers will be emailed (.com) once package is shipped. So, be sure your eBay registered email address, is up-to-date.

We recommend UPS Ground more now, than ever!!! Just a better run company, with 24/7 updates online of your package progress. USPS recently announced the Sort Centers on the chopping block around the country, here in late February 2012. We have been with UPS (United Parcel Service- the brown truck), for more than 12 years. Our rates continue to improve, great news!!! Don't get stuck relying/waiting on deliveries thru US Mail anymore. We have noticed since the first of the year that 3-day shipments, have been taking 5-days now; time is money. We value our time, as we know all our customers do too. It has become a reality, folks. Its time to make that switch.
