Most items will ship the next business day but we will contact you if there is a delay involved. On free shipping items, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method and carrier unless a customer has specified and paid for special shipping.
Shipping Times
Most items ship the next business day after payment. Please allow 1 week for delivery of US orders. Orders to Canada may take up to 3 weeks. For orders to Europe, Asia, and Australia, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for delivery. Holidays, postal strikes, and natural disasters may cause delivery delays.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Return shipping will be refunded in the form of store credit.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, traceable method to the address below.
