Description The Norwegian training ship Christian Radich achieved international prominence in the classic 1958 movie Windjammer, documenting a training voyage from Oslo to the Caribbean, next New York and Ports- mouth, New Hampshire, then home.
Superbly printed on a sheet of heavy coated stock with a fine, subtle linen weave surface. These days one rarely sees offset lithographs of this quality. High resolution, vibrant color, perfect registration.

Rarity Never reprinted after the original editions, Soldwedel prints are scarce. Vintage prints are sold by sellers on the internet and elsewhere. However these are ordinarily not in mint condition. There are no posthumous reprints.
Many Soldwedel prints are almost never offered for sale.
Condition Flawless mint condition. Due to paper, ink quality and storage conditions there is no visible aging of any kind.
