• I bought a ring and it didn't fit me. Can I return it for a different size?
  Yes, return it if it doesn't fit you. We understand that not everyone know their ring size and we want to help you get the right size. Download a printable Ring Size Guide here.
• Can sterling silver ring be re-sized, making a size bigger or smaller?
  No, our sterling silver rings can't be re-sized. Please choose the right size carefully.
• Can I combine all my winning items and how can I qualify combined shipping fee?
  Yes, you can combine all your winning items. Here is how. You will receive payment notification for each winning item. Disregard those notification emails if you are not done shopping yet. Let us know after all your winning auctions have ended and you are ready to pay. We will email updated invoice to you. To qualify "Combined Shipping Fee", you must make ONE TIME PAMENT for all items. After payment is made, you no longer can add an additional item to previous order as combined shipping. Item/items will be considered as a separate new order. So, please double check your item/items on invoice before making payment.
• How can I pay you?
  We accept PayPal only. We don't accept any other payment methods.
• What is sterling silver and does it have hallmark?
  Sterling silver is a mixture of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. Every sterling silver piece carry ".925" hallmark on it. Most of our sterling silver is coated with Rhodium for tarnish-free and to have a platinum look.
• Will sterling silver jewelry including rhodium plated tarnish?
  Sterling silver is sensible to humidity, creams, lotions, ointments and perfumes. Its oxidation/tarnish does not indicate that it is not of good quality; it is a normal characteristic of this metal that affects only the external layer of the jewelry. It can be easily eliminated with appropriate cleaning techniques. The sterling silver jewelry including rhodium plated might tarnish due to sweat. In this case, it must be cleaned after use. Tip! apply your hair spray and perfume BEFORE putting on the jewelry.
• How to take care of sterling silver jewelry?
  Avoid using the jewelry when working on heavy-duty jobs: electrical, mechanical, gardening , etc. Avoid wearing the jewelry in the pool and the ocean. Avoid keeping the jewelry in contact with chemicals, cosmetics, lotions and perfumes. Store the jewelry in a clean and dry place such as jewelry box. Tip! if you don't have expensive jewelry box, cheap plastic bag (Ziploc) works great too.
• How to clean sterling silver jewelry?
  Sterling silver a precious metal and may require cleaning from time to time. Using a soft cloth, gently rub the silver several times. Do not polish with any abrasive material. Wash the jewelry with a liquid soap. Rinse the jewelry thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new. Tip! if you can afford a few dollars, buy silver cleaning solution and silver polishing cloth for a maximum shining result. You can purchase them from a department store or online store.
• What is carat weight in Cubic Zirconia / CZ ?
  Cubic Zirconia/CZ stone is approximately 1.75 times heavier than real diamond stone. CZ's size is referred to in carats only as in comparison to diamonds. We understand that many people are familiar with diamond weight, that's why our rings are measured in diamond equivalent carat weight. CZ is more accurately measured in millimeters, referring to the diameter.
