Terms
Refunds, minus any shipping charges, will be granted within 30 days of purchase on any item that is found to have a flaw in the workmanship. If you purchase an item and after receiving that item it doesn’t fit, you may return it for an exchange within 30 days. Buyer is required to pay all return shipping charges on any refunds or exchanges. A 10% Restock Fee will apply on all returns /exchanges not including order discrepancies or defective items. Before purchasing I strongly encourage you to view my size chart. You MUST also email me before returning any items as all returns must be accompanied by a completed return authorization form which will be provided to you upon return request. All other requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. I require that all returns be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached.

All apparel sold on my eBay store is manufactured by Kerusso and is made of 100% preshrunk high quality cotton. Whenever possible I will state the color name in the listing since it is very difficult to duplicate exact colors on the internet. If you are not sure about the color please contact me.
On occasion I may miscalculate or sell out of a particular item while a listing is running. If an item should run out you will be notified and your order will be placed on back order status, but will ship as soon as it becomes available. If your item is back ordered you may also request a refund or equal value substitute if you prefer.
Payment Information
I accept payments through PAYPAL only. Phone numbers are required on all international orders and must be paid using a confirmed PAYPAL account. Please include phone number with payment. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase. Non paying bidders run the risk of having any future bids blocked.
Shipping Policies
Multiple shipping options available. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing of your order after you have made payment. Keep in mind that echeck payment through PAYPAL takes up to 5 business days longer to process. Once shipped items generally arrive within 5 to 7 business days. If you have not received your item after 14 days, please contact me immediately.
Combined Shipping:
As a general rule I combine purchases to save on customer cost. To be sure you receive combined shipping, please wait to pay until your final item is purchased. Combined purchases are to be completed and paid for within 7 days. After your final purchases have been completed, contact me and I will send you a total with the adjusted shipping cost. Please follow these guidelines to take advantage of combined shipping. I simply don’t have enough time in a day to process refunds on shipping costs.
International Payment & Shipping:
I require a confirmed PAYPAL account on all International orders as well as a phone number. Please do not make international purchases if you cannot meet these requirements. USPS First Class Mail International is the preferred shipping on all international orders because of its affordability but USPS Priority is also available. Please note that NO TRACKING is available on USPS First Class Mail International. USPS Priority International does offer insurance to certain countries as well as tracking to major destinations.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on purchases made from the beautiful state of Michigan according to state and local tax regulations.
